  1. I'd have Stokes & Wood, and possibly Head in a fantasy Cricket XI. Bairstow would be left on the bench...
  2. Here we go again !!! For those of you already in the league, you should join automatically once you've created and saved your team. For any potential new competitors, please use the link below and you'll be added automatically after you've entered the game. https://fantasy.premierleague.com/leagues/auto-join/oymsel League Code: oymsel Looking forward to playing against you this season!
  3. Have just shown this to my son, who's in the Royal Navy - his reply "concerningly accurate ".
  4. Currently drawing up the station building in Coreldraw, so I can cut the carcass from 4mm mdf. Just the 16 different sized/shaped walls to join together, that's before I consider the doors, windows, roofs & chimneys.
  5. Forget all this BC/AD kerfuffling, I'm just p'd off that despite being a Welshman, and thus naturally entitled to a free bus pass from early next month, that because I live outside Wales, I have to wait another 7 years! Outrageous, I call it. And anyway, I'd have thought the (B)CE or AD indicators had been around for about 2,023½ years by now.
  6. These are a couple of the new 2mm range, painted and slated.
  7. Yeah, but Kingsman is sat in the middle, it'll all kick off when he locks the door...
  8. With regards to 7mm, take your time prior to committing to any rash purchases, maybe get a feel for the larger size... In other words, don't run B4 you can......
  9. Due to this thread: I've extracted DM4MS from the loft and transported it to the Workshop. Therefore, I've taken some pics.
  10. I've finally dragged my 009/00 layout from the loft and taken a few photos. 1. The Baldwin arrives at the transfer dock with the transporter wagon. 2. The Sentinel pushes the standard gauge wagon to the edge... 3. ...and on to the NG wagon. 4. The Sentinel uncouples and moves away. 5. The Baldwin takes the transporter wagon and load off to somewhere on the munitions base. And a couple of videos here :
  11. Tut tut, someone has got ballast on the rail side and not cleaned it properly.
  12. I only mispronounced it once... I said 'I do' instead of 'I don't '.
  13. Ah, yes, the FA Cup Final. Due to No. 1 son having yet another birthday, today, ( I blame his parents) we are off to the South Devon Railway instead.
  14. Congratulations on reaching this point in the layout build, it must be be satisfying to see everything turnout as planned. Also congratulations to young Daisy, who shares her birthday with our son Chris (29). We're off to the South Devon Railway for the day.
  15. Congratulations to Steve Knight for absolutely smashing the league this year. It all starts again on Sat 12 August...
