    Some towns had their own version, for example the famous one by the harbour at Scarborough. London and Glasgow both had the classic Who type. In fact Glasgow still has some surviving ones. Edinburgh still has some existing ones of its own design

    I have to ask how much of the increased loss is down to the investment in TT? I don't suppose the sales figures break down between Hornby OO and TT.

    As for 2024 range, thinking back to 2023, I'm thinking something with a very limited build quantity ,that was scrapped or completely rebuilt shortly after construction so has limited livery options and that only operated in a very limited part of the country. Give me time I'll come up with something by the time we open the wishlist!

    I got a couple Dapol chassis as spares and swapped out the tired wheels on mine. But could never get them quite right to avoid the wobble

    Thanks found and ordered. The loco was a bargain at £55 and fitted with DCC so I don't mind Spending tenner to get the missing extras.
