The centre headcode batch 6960 - 6968 were 30A locos certainly in the late 60s and there were other centre boxers in the low end of the D68xx series - including D6830 the subject of the Hornby model from the 60s. I reckon 14 is D9506 That makes the date 1968 - probably between March and June, presence of tail lamp on D6316 may indicate this is arrival date at beginning of that period perhaps? Cheers Phil
