Considerable sympathy - it's all too easily done and can take a long time to get better - sensible rest/taking it easy plus painkillers isn't a bad way to start. Depending on nature of problem (is it muscular?), a cold compress is said to help (according to my Chiropractor!)

  2. Security isn't a dirty word, Blackadder. Crevice is a dirty word, but security isn't.

    3. Captain Kernow

      Captain Kernow

Who are these Foundation Children? Are they off-spring of Asimov? And what is this KS2? (sounds like a Dr Who mechanical dog!)

    4. Brinkly

      Brinkly

Right Foundation is what most Reception classes are called now, Early Years Foundation Stage is where the name came from.

Key Stage 2 (KS2) are children in Primary who are in Years 3-6, so 7-11 year olds. KS1 (Key Stage 1) refers to children in Years 1 & 2 (ages 5-7)

Key Stage 3 (KS3) refers to children in Secondary School years 7-9 (or 11-14), Key Stage 4 is 14-16 (GCSE children) and Key Stage 5 are A-Level (Years 12-13) and if you are still confused I will explain on Monday...
