How is it possible, in the 21st Century, that one of the biggest NHS hospitals in the SW has no air conditioning in the wards, windows open only slightly, patients swelter with virtually no clothing on in their beds, and there are not even any fans available for patients running a temperature? It all seems squalid and reminiscent of the Middle Ages.

Why is it, in an era when banks tend to charge for letters telling you that you're overdrawn and for every other little extra they can, that my bank can send me what is actually the second letter, just to tell me that they are still not in a position to respond to my complaint sent to them in January?!
