Accidentally bought

Just finished erecting a flagpole in the garden. A Union flag has been raised, but I need to source one more durable than a souvineer from a museum.

Google is your friend - http://www.flagsoftheworldshop.co.uk/?gclid=CL2Wm9jF9L0CFabLtAod_0kAVw is a good one

Garden railways are fun. 50 wagon train going one way and 13 coach train going the other snaking through the conifers. I have a tia-maria and cointreau. Lovely.
-
Just finished writing two articles for a magazine. Actually, that was more fun than I thought it would be.
-
Fitted and painted a lovely steel girder bridge on the garden extension. Weather colder today so having some time off construction.
-
Garden extension well underway. My back hurts now though!
-
Tomorrow should see restarting of building work on the garden extension to my shed layout.
-
Carport roof leaking like a seive. Another job added to the long list of things I need to do by the Spring.
-
Just finished a cheer-a-thon of five cheerleading films in a row. I have learnt from these that all the hot cheerleaders in California drive VW Beetle convertables.
-
The more money I earn the poorer I feel. Why is that?
-
Just bought two Bachmann shunters wagons and a Horby SPV van. Feeling buyer's remorse now, as I've bought far too much this last month.
-
Saw The Darkness last night. Met them backstage afterwards and got my shaped 7" picturedisk signed by them all. Their tour bus is amazing too!
-
Fence mostly replaced. That was hard work indeed! It does mean that I'm ontrack for garden railway construction early next year.
-
Internet connection in the railway shad courtesy of ethernet over mains!
-
Google have finally abided by the court ruling I got - adverts back on my Youtube channel.
-
Laid the first bricks for the piers that will eventually support my garden railway extension to Trinity Road.
-
Insurance money finally arrived. Must... not... buy... trains... oh! Where did that 56xx just come from?
-
If I have to explain the difference between a toy and a model to the insurance company one more time I'll scream. These people make Vogons seem helpful.
-
Recovered models now returned complete with Police issue weathering in the form of fingerprint powder! It's some cleaning job
-
Still not seen my recovered models - wondering how long the Police will take to dust for prints?

I suspect they will try to keep hold of them until the case goes to court to produce them for evidence. Although I'm not an expert on their procedures. I would contact them and ask them if you can come and collect them ASAP adding that you'd more than happily produce photos or bring the models to court if needed.
I think you may have to contact them several times before getting anywhere...

The Police have phoned to say they have got fingerprints off the items the thieves dropped so hopefully they will match known local scum.

Picking up the pieces after a sizeable chunk of my collection was stolen. Really not happy today.
-
Just wired perminent mains power to the shed at last. No more extension lead!
-
Not amused. Some scrote has stolen the filler cap off my car.
