I now regularly travel by train lately and the other week i was on my way home on a northern rail pacer, and i noticed something which really amazed me. the emergency ladder strapped up next to the middle door still had BR painted on it. and a few pics i took a few years ago of 3 stone L&YR boundary posts inbetween Wakefield and Normanton

There is normally a loco that visits from the Abbey light railway, but i dont think there ever will be again now that the railway has closed. :-(
