I saw a bundle of premium Hornby Mk2s in blue and grey at Rails of Sheffield for 95 pounds.

If you want a proof,look at their website.

I don't wish to sound over -critical....

 

They're Mk3s.

 

They are Hornby's rather ancient "Mk3 shaped" tooling.

 

You'd be better off with Oxford Rail's recently released Mk3s for £5.25 more per coach.

 

(yes, I know they currently only do the loco hauled versions at the moment)

 

Just because someone labels a thing "Bargain" does not mean it's a bargain.

 

 

Apart from that; well done.

Whether the Oxford Rail Mk3s are any better is up for debate, they're not without obvious faults either, but at least they're not the Hornby shorties
