On a serious note, we wonder why nothing ever gets done at council level and you see this bunch of idiots arguing over whether having a meeting is legal or not.
Maybe if you all just talked to one another in a sane less pompous manner you might actually get things done.
I imagine it gets marginally better as you go up the scale from Parish council to Government.
Back on topic, that chap is the chair of the scale committee, his mate is in charge of the gauge committee and they both excel in pedantry.
