Popular Post boxerbayrailway
A sleepy countryside station deep in Somerset. The small independent railway quietly goes about its desperate struggle to survive. Another train, a couple more passengers. Phew, we've made it another day. Kelvin B
Here we have a D40 4-4-0 as running before withdrawal in 1955. I purchased it for a Layout Project about 5 years ago along with four other Scottish Locos. Sadly even after all this time the layout is still only baseboards, track and electrics. I hope to finish it off this Spring/Summer, weather permitting as I have to make layouts outside. This Loco was purchased at a good price as it did have some issues but I am pleased to say that these have all been sorted now. It is O Gauge.
