Rugd1022
Possibly Haymarket, that building behind the cars looks familiar.
montyburns56
Coming across this picture it struck me that I don't think I've ever seen a picture of 37s double heading a container train before. Perhaps it was quite common at the time, but I don't recall ever seeing it pictured. 37262 and 37098 Peterborough by Geoff Dowling

Nearholmer
I know liveries are a matter of opinion, but that one seems particularly dull …… I always think the same when I see maroon Mk1 stock on excursions.
RMweb Premium John M Upton Posted August 19, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted August 19, 2021 I agree, never been a fan of WCR livery, dull and lifeless, more so on 33's as well.

Afraid that I'm going to have to disagree with you all on this one as it's one of my favourite liveries to come out of the post BR period, I can't wait to see my 2 pre-ordered WCR Farish 37s growling their way through the gorse on my new WHL based layout. As @Nearholmer suggests each to their own I suppose. Regards, Ian.
RMweb Premium newbryford Posted August 19, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted August 19, 2021 Does the livery really matter? At least it's one or more 37s on the mainline.

RMweb Premium newbryford Posted September 10, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 10, 2021 Anyone for roof details of 37424? With 975025 Caroline in tow getting ready to depart as 2Z02 to York. Hellifield isn't the best place to get loco photos when they're at the platform.
