May I suggest using Tagliatelle, it helps with your sauce and is more authentic, spaghetti bolognese is an English concoction.

The local delicacy in Horrockford is bolognaise sauce with mash and veg.

 

We've had it here in Kernow Towers before not. I wouldn't say no to it again.

If I am shopping I often buy fresh Tagliatellle, so your suggestion is just fine, thanks. Only the usual problem for one who lives alone a lot of the time - using three portions of Tag in a few days.
