Import duty is 0% for model trains Over £135 order value will attract 20% import VAT. ( HMRC's monthly exchange rates are available on line to establish if import VAT is due) Choosing DHLfor shipping will result in Royal Mail dealing with UK delivery and any VAT due before delivery and will charge £12 for the privilege of paying any VAT due.
