I reckon in the time it would take to find, buy and learn to play one of those, you could just make friends with a guitarist! Andrew P
This mornings Blast from the Past is still from Blackwater Riverside in 2005, but this time with the Blue period in evidence. Sorry about the quality of this one, but it's about the only overall shot I have. You do have to admire the quality of my Track Laying and Point control back in those days, haha. ianwales
I Think what Andy isn't saying is that the guitars had 12 strings, but, he used 6 of them for O gauge handrail wire and fencing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Andrew P
I've managed to finish the Yard entrance this morning, so that can be all re bubbled again once it's dry, and then forgotten about until such time as I have the Garage conversion finished and it can all be re assembled.

No idea ow to rate that post there doesn't seem to be a 'bl00dy Hell' option. My short fingers would not cope with that. You can also get fretless bases, having learnt cello for a while that would be a real pig knowing where to place your fingers needs a really good sense of pitch. Andrew P
Moring all, this mornings Blast from the past once again looks at Blackwater Riverside from 2005, but now we have moved forward to the 2000's with EWS and Freightliner to the fore. Andrew P
This morning after my early morning walk, I started to do this after we lost Lady Lala a few weeks back, as I missed the exersice I was getting almost every day taking her down the Park, then my breakfast whilst I watched the 8 O'clock news, then out to TOPS to finish the corner and Platform end. The Buffers have to come off again to fit a red LED and paint and weather it once it's set up down Souf. The Layout has now been RE BUBBLED ready for the move. 10

Who would have thought there was once a level crossing there Yes mate, It's come out a lot better than I expected, I was concerned that I would ruin the feel of that end, but it's stayed fairly prototypical in many ways, the original line has gone, and it gone back to Farm Land.

Don Still all on target Don. I was told on Tuesday by my Solicitor that we are on target, and the Lady in the Bank said she exchanged contracts on her sale / purchase last week and is moving next week. We have our fingers crossed, but even when there we won't be able to have the Family around for a while, but at least we'll be closer. Andrew P
This mornings Blast from the Past brings us up to 2006, after the move from Hampshire in late 2005. I decided to build a Layout based around a Viaduct, just for watching Trains go by. It never got fully connected to run around.
Andrew P
And back in the here and now, well almost, we see 37183 moving the Catfish into the Top Yard where they will be formed into an Engineering working to Stoke Gifford Yard. 47199 is on the Fuel Road and resident 08, 08173 moves along the other Fuel Road.
