Andrew P
Sunday Morning, the Sun is shining and todays Blast from the Past, we see my entry into the Hornby Magazine's 2012 small Layout Challenge, Masons Lane. Again, it was a Layout that would suit almost any Era. It was about 4ft x 9 inches, and incorporated; A Road over Bridge, A Station, A Car Park, A Canal, A Meadow, A Level Crossing, Some Cottages, And 2 Sidings. It came 6th. Andrew P
This morning down at Seven Mills, and photographed from the embankment at Mills Lane, we see 37183 taking the Dutch Liveried Squid, a Railfreight OAA and a couple of VAA's out to the Top Yard, whilst Resident 08, 08173 shunts a couple more 0AA's and a VAA, that may also end up in the Top Yard later today.
Baggies1961
Masons Lane I like Andy apart from the fact it shares my surname! Could easily scale up to O as well. My razor two has been SD from my two chins as well

Or 8ft x 18 inches in O. 1

Andrew P
So, for todays Blast from the Past, were almost on Topic, well at least we're back into 7mm, but this time it's with Trebudoc from 2012 again. The Layout is still about and with a member of the Gresley MRG. It was Bob that had bought Loch Leven, and so I took LL back in Part Exchange, the old Car Salesman in me was still rife. It was Exhibited a couple of times in it's original format of a Goods Yard, a bit like St Budoc, but I noticed that people would look and walk on past, and not staying around. I decided that it was just not pretty enough to attract peoples attention. So, it was turned 180 degrees so viewed from the other side, a Station was added, built by George T of this Parish. He also built the Signal Box. from then on it was a real crowd pleaser at Shows. Photo courtesy of Andy Y. Photo courtesy of Andy Y. Photo courtesy of Andy Y. And a few of my photos. And it's last outing at Trowel in 2013 with George T, Peter BB and Mike. Edited April 27, 2020 by Andrew P 9

Bus was on a Vintage Special. I spoke to Mike and his wife about a week ago, and he's not good, he didn't even know how to talk down the phone without her helping him and telling him to talk. Such a shame, why is it always the good guys?
