Good work Craig ... I haven't bought one yet ... i just cant make my mind up as to which one is coming first ... originally, it was the YIWU DB one, 92015, more recently, it was the EWS Beasties one, Bertolt Brecht 92036 ... now, i am leaning towards 92042 in DB Schenker ... with a @Squirrel Railweathering ..  Johnson Street will, in time, be choca block with Skips, Sheds, Skodas, Dysons, the occasional Tug and a Gronk.

Just like the real thing then young fella,as long as you support the cause, the lads have become the rock stars of model rail with their ground breaking inovations.

Invoice for balance received and paid today.  Not long now 😀😀

I got a bit of a shock. I was so sure I had paid in full for mine but I hadn’t. Paid in full on 14th. I might be the only one who’s pleased that the Manor has been delayed. 🚋🚋

Spoke with Accurascale and was told the 92's are being flown in for arrival Monday assuming all goes well. Saw the models in the case, very excited now!

Over to Flight Radar 24 to look for flights from China with an Accurascale callsign!

I wouldn't put it past Accurascale to hire a whole freight aircraft and have it fly to a local airport for each customer region, then the models dropped off by Chinook at the end of everyone's driveway with a £100-off voucher and an apology for the noise of the Chinook!

...and no doubt a team of people measuring up the Chinook for a future model, just for good measure (pun intended)!

I jest!  Really looking forward to this 92.  The photos people have uploaded from Warley (thanks to all of you as I couldn't get there myself) really do show what a good model it is.

I'll patiently wait my turn for the postman.

Thanks,

Ixion

I don't think the owner of Accurascale got to where he is today through spurious acts of random extravagence.

Like wise when spoke to them to.

Mark 5's (Sleepers) estimated about 1/2 weeks time as well to.

Did like the samples of the Manors & Hornby Mag stand did have Bradley to.

Oh I don't know. I ordered a pack of MHA spoil wagons on Friday, received 20% black friday reduction and still received a loyalty credit as well.

Admittedly this one initially made me nervous… its got 2000’s era OHLE flashes… so I did a quick google to check, and its correct for Europorte2 livery.

What is that thing in the last photo next to the 92. I have never seen as nothing like it, but I want one. Is it some kind of Class 31?

An Irish A-Class in fictitious BR livery, done as an "homage" to the Class 33s and Hymeks models released in CIE livery many years ago.

I think it was a plant, by Hornby. It had secret cameras and listening devices.

If you cock your head slightly left, look south and point your legs towards the exit, you could faintly hear Margate Radio FM coming out of it.

I think sunday afternoon it generated white smoke and dissapeared in it…

The odd thing was, you could only see it through a camera lens.. looking at the cabinet you could only see 92’s… its as if it were an apparition resonating at camera click frequencies.

😀

It has phat Dublo couplings but very fine rivet details around the window and separate wire handrails.

My guess Accurscale put it in there as a conversation starter

As if they needed one…

There stand was like the Warley meeting point, the Modellers Student Union..
