If we continue on this thread then could it be closed from say, 8pm the previous night with just 'exhibitors' having access? This could then allow them to put an initial post up giving details of layouts supported by photos. Demonstrators could do the same re techniques. Spams could post photos of beer. 10 am the following morning the thread is opened up for 'visitors'. Light blue touch paper and retire... Rob. All entries to be advertised prior to 10 am....No offer to purchase prior to that.........usual percentage to charity, post at cost to purchaser etc Alternatively, those who would have put items into the B&B could advertise on the bigger classifieds on the forum with entries clearly advertised as being part of SWAG (!). RMweb Gold Captain Kernow Posted March 27, 2020 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 27, 2020 Seems to me that there are two parts to this - first of all the layout owners and demonstrators might want to prepare some photos (and possibly YouTube footage) before the date, showing the layout in operation or showing a step-by-step guide to whatever is being demonstrated and then be on-line on the day (but probably limited to an hour or so, or maybe an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon?), to answer questions and generally engage in banter. 4 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
