Ivo must have had a very warm coat and stout boots on, to walk that distance from the car! 3

RMweb Gold Popular Post greatcoleswoodhalt Posted January 8 RMweb Gold Popular Post Share Posted January 8 (edited) In response to a shortage of light engines on the Isle of Wight, authorities at Eastleigh transferred three 'Terriers' from the mainland in May 1930. No B650 was chosen and following a comprehensive overhaul at Brighton was fitted with an extended coal bunker which offered greater capacity than the Stroudley original. Renumbered W9 and named 'Fishbourne' (a village near Wootton), her appearance today echoes that once seen on the Bembridge branch Edited March 14 by greatcoleswoodhalt 25
