There must be a storage unit in Wolverhampton crammed full of the stuff he can't sell! The frightening thing is that if he sold his stock in Australia only, his prices would be considered normal over there. Aussies tend to have more money than us or, at least, are less tight-fisted.... RMweb Gold Oldddudders Posted June 20, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 20, 2015 We've all shaken our heads at the "Job-lot of Tri-ang coaches" or similar, full of models that were iffy at the time, and now have no place except for collectors. But how about this, with 30 - yes - coaches, all fine contemporary Chinese-made models of an exact prototype. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Broadway-Limited-HO-Southern-Pacific-Morning-Daylight-1941-Passenger-30-Car-Set-/371342981079?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5675c437d7

If he succeeds in selling goods and the buyer reports him for 'not as described' and he promptly refunds the money on return of the goods then re-lists it, EBay will be satisfied. They are perfectly aware that buyers are eccentric and frequently wrong but if the seller bites the bullet and moves on that, as they say, is the end of that. That's giving me ideas. When I've worked my way through my collection of unbuilt kits and other bits and pieces I've collected over the years, and produced what I want from it, whatever is left can be turned into something I can flog on eBay. I hate waste, and love being creative!!!
