Surely its a basic rule that you don't put an unweathered loco straight on the layout? This just looks so fresh out of the box!

Just putting a blob of gunmetal on those pristine buffers fools no-one!

These are all real images that are manipulated to look like models, apologies, only a few are railway.

I am sure there are some lessons here about reversing the process to make our models look more real.

I just have to work them out!
