We have deer here with amazing abilities:

Here's a view of the 'knitting' in front of our house. Low voltage transmission lines and house-voltage distribution lines on this side of the street, cable and phone lines on the other side.

I was on nights the other week and took the other halfs car to give it a run (normally it only takes the kids to school and does the shopping run) and I got very close to a peasant (oops I mean pheasant) which was stood in the left lane of the A38, it then ended up wedged in the front bumper doing a good job of 'modifying' the bumper in the process, luckily no radiator damage.

Many moons ago whilst a'courtin in Hainault Forest near the area know as foxboroughs  we felt someone was watching us .We got up and  saw a fox sitting down watching us .it was in no hurry to go .We figured it was good omen so got married.
