It can take that long to queue to put your ticket through the ticket gates at London Bridge on a quiet day :O

The 30 second walk included going over the footbridge..........

Cheers,

Mick

What is also very noticeable in your pictures is how clean Colas keep their engines.

An indication to an outsider of old good fashioned pride within the company.

Keep up with the pictures please.

Jim, I've followed this thread for a while but never posted on it before. Congratulations on your four years at Colas and all that you've accomplished and thanks for the fantastic pictures and an insight into the actual happenings of the railway (I work in a railway administrative role so it's all somewhat of a paper exercise sometimes.) It's taken a long time to get through 163 pages of pictures and info but it's great, here's to another four years indeed!

Hope your back is feeling a lot better and all the best with rules, I have never liked them on London Underground or Mid Hants Railway!

Are those the boxes they came in behind them? :jester:

Hat, coat, byee ... ...

Hope they remember to keep them.

It'll make a big difference to the price

when they sell them!!

That's a very nice touch by Colas! Someone obviously has alot of time for our railway heritage! Kudos to them.

Is it Colas now on the Kingsbury/Immingham tanks?

By chance I saw a Colas 60 heading north today, and looking it up on RTT, the only likely candidate was that tank train. Only thing was, it had lost its tanks, and was running light.
