I've got a single-line oval on an 8x4 board, with no sidings, no crossovers, and no passing loops. Only one train can run on it at any one time. It's pointless. 9

I have always considered that, despite what all my ex-bosses say, I am not lazy, it's energy conservation! The problem is that there was a mixup in the maternity hospital and I was taken home by the ordinary people despite clearly being genetically suited to a life of privilege, luxury. and idleness (well, I know I am suited to a life of idleness, I'm just making an assumption about the privilege and luxury, because I'm clearly not suited to doing without those things). Somewhere, in some posh manor or castle, there is a bloke my age who is bored witless and constantly doing little jobs around the country residence; both our lives have been ruined by this intitial error. It seems to be quite common; many of my friends and associates claim that exactly the same misfortune befell them! 1

Especially for you then... EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE OVER 60 Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 5lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute and then relax. Each day you will find that you can hold this position for just a little longer. After a couple of weeks, move up to 10lb potato bags. They then try 50lb potato bags and eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100lb potato bag in each hand and hold your arms out straight for more than a full minute. (I am at this level!!) After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag. 1 1 3
