Sorry for the earlier outage, our hosting company had some ddos attacks but they've been in the case. We seem to be back before their own site. If the attacks are repeated there could be further interruptions. Fingers crossed!

I rather thought that railway modelling was a hobby for steady tranquil types, people who can't be doing with the stresses of modern life or at least an escape from it. Having read some of the posts and replies on this site, I find that my hobby too is slowly being taken over by the poor manners and unpleasantness so common in modern life. The models may be infinitely better than years gone by, some of the people are not.
