      Sorry Reeves, I though the most recent issue had landed with everyone; the results will be in the early 2015 one. I don't actually know who the photographers are as it's blind judging.

    Sorry for the earlier outage, our hosting company had some ddos attacks but they've been in the case. We seem to be back before their own site. If the attacks are repeated there could be further interruptions. Fingers crossed!

But when duty calls a man must do...... etc - reading some of the most 'interesting' moans of the weekend reinforces that it's important to keep the service running so some people don't have to interact with other people in their house. RMweb - housing malcontents since 2005 ;)

      I rather thought that railway modelling was a hobby for steady tranquil types, people who can't be doing with the stresses of modern life or at least an escape from it. Having read some of the posts and replies on this site, I find that my hobby too is slowly being taken over by the poor manners and unpleasantness so common in modern life. The models may be infinitely better than years gone by, some of the people are not.
