  1. If they're meant to represent the same prototype. you could use them to play Spot the Difference.
  2. I've found Hattons give a much more generous deal on trade-in railway goods
  3. I see 'H' has given the thumbs up to this post
  4. There's one place offering 15% (I've just bought 2 packs of PTA's from them but they appear to have lots of your products on sale), and another offering around 25% but they don't have any of the items in stock!
  5. Plenty about if you shop around at places other than A/S - and at discount prices to boot
  6. Will you be getting a battery which will store any excess generated for use when it's dark? This option wasn't available when I got mine.
  7. Were Dapol responsible for making those sold by Hattons?
  8. I'm the same as @Stanley MelroseI got in at the very end of the most-generous FIT payments - Feb 2012. Investment (just under £10000) paid off in 6 years. I now get approx £2000 p.a. which covers gas, electricity & water bills with a little bit left over. So I consider us to be 'utility neutral' - and I'd be better off if the rest of the family understood how it works. One thing I regret not chasing is the panels which are used to generate hot water - in my view they'd have been better earners than straight-forward electricity generators. There's nothing in the above posts relating to FIT payments - so I'm guessing they are no longer available for new installations?
  9. There are no rules in Rugby Union - they are LAWS. And good luck in your quest to understand them. Each referee is inclined to interpret some of them in their own way, particularly around the tackle/ruck/maul, the front-row of the scrum and offside. And FFS why don't scrum-halves get penalised for feeding.
  10. So this version is being produced by Accurascale - what coaches is it pulling please?
  11. Because it looks like garbage and is thus suspicious - with over 40 years in IT I wouldn't trust anything of a similar nature Graham
  12. It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas for whoever's commissioned you to do the work
  13. Looking at the format of the link to your website in your signature, there's no way I would ever click on it
  14. Unfortunately that option is financially unfeasible, and may force the closure of some smaller manufacturers due to lack of sales
  15. If your household's anything like mine it could be your wife's thrown them out - lots of things, not necessarily railway related, go missing, about which all knowledge is always denied.
  16. What are the bits above the headcode box - different at each end?
  17. Never happened sadly - https://www.britishpathe.com/gallery/urban-legend/2
  18. Looking at my packaging I'd say the 'bubbles' never had air in them to start with - it's difficult to believe that every single cell would burst in transit. Graham
  19. A few words of caution - be careful when you remove the wrapping from these. I received 3 packs of the VTG covered wagons and out of the 6 there were 4 with loose parts - one wagon had no less than 6 parts unattached, including 3 buffers. Bits like this I would happily glue back on but some of the bits, e.g. a door handle and the handle from the end of the wagon are just too small for me to even think about fixing. @Accurascale FranFran - I'll send an email to your support address with more detail. Graham
