      Digitrax with TrainController is a good mix - but you can use the TC software with most DCC systems. TC isn't the cheapest, but definitely one of the best - the best in my opinion!

      yes I think so the loco's are alright with sound and everything

      As Muddy Blues says try to change the address on a different system if possible?? It will tell you if It is the elite that is the problem.

    Hi I have 3 of the sound 08 and have tried to change the default address 03 to a new address, I have a Hornby Elite dcc controller and have follow the same instuction's as when I had OO lococ's but loco on program track follow instructions put loco back on main track and test. No joy still set at 03 so how the he'll do I change the address to the one that I want got calls into Dapol awaiting reply. Any help with this problem pease

    Got my first Dapol class 08 with sound dcc decoder, so got to wait for the second one with sound. Then also waiting for the Little Loco company's BTH class 15 also with sound. So 2017 getting off to a good start.

      I think I read somewhere that it might have started out as an obscure Cicero text - but it then got hacked / chopped pretty much beyond recognition.

       

      However, I'm no expert, so I could be completely wrong.
