Lidl display cabinets now on sale
Clagsniffer replied to Legend's topic in Modelling Questions, Help and Tips
I used these from amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00SA12GRQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title I used two packs, they come with little sticky back pads or little screw in brackets, whichever you prefer. I routed the cables down the sides, then I’ll need to drill a couple of holes in the bottom to pass the cables through. -

Finally gotten round to assembling the first of my cabinets. I think they’re rather good! Also got some lights from good old amazon, pretty pleased with the result. Just need to route the cables properly and mount the bu**er on the wall! -
Well seeing how we’re sharing pictures, mine arrived today too! Sweet little wagons they are, got a nice rake of 12 to go behind my large logo 56!

I downloaded an app, it’s a woodland scenics app called “model inventory”. Could be what you need? -
Jumping to last unread post in a thread.

Many thanks for that Gordon, headache solved! -
Good morning folks, feel like a bit of a numpty posting this one but I can’t figure it out. When I browse RMWeb, I usually use the “view new content” option and scroll through. Before I changed my phone whenever I tapped on a thread to view it, it would always take me to the last unread post in that thread, regardless if I was following the topic or not. However now with my new phone, whenever I tap a topic it always takes me to the opening post of a thread and I have to go to the end and work back to find where I left off. Is there a setting or anything I need to change? Thanks in advance.

Got mine tonight, was four left in the gosforth store. Had the trolley on two wheels a couple of times, I know it’s already been said but they are HEAVY -
Absolutely love this I have to say. Superb scenic skills on show, lovely atmospheric lighting. Will be a shame that it only comes out once a year with the tree, I’d be proud to have that on display all year! Would love to see a video of it running in situ!

The “rebooted” tomb raider games are excellent. Good mix of shooting and puzzles and exploration. Loads of collectibles and crafting options, I really enjoyed them. I’ve just reinstalled Titanfall 2 after discovering that my favourite game mode, frontier defense, has been added since I last played. It was a game mode that was present on the 1st game from pretty much the start but was absent on release for number 2. It’s basically defending a base against waves of enemies. worth a look.

Rod Stewart's HO layout in Railway Modeller

Doesn’t bother me that it’s not British or which magazine it’s in, I’m just happy to see such a famous figure promoting the hobby. Even if it only attracts a few extra modellers. Good on him. -
If it’s any consolation I was very underwhelmed by The Outer Worlds. Nothing really wrong with it as such, it just didn’t grab me and get me hooked. I just found it a bit, meh. Ive recently been playing my way through destiny 1 with a view to downloading destiny 2 as the bulk of that game is free to play. I have to say it plays so much better than I remembered, I had a lot of fun with it.

I wrote Cambodia without even a second thought, it’s just what we called it as kids growing up, didn’t think of the confusion it would cause people reading on here . I grew up in a house on south beach, my father still lives there. Educated at south beach first school, Wensleydale middle and Ridley high. Blyth always gets a bit of stick but very undeserved for the most part!

This post said you would be sending emails out to collect the remaining balances within the week. I’m slightly concerned as I have not received any email and it’s been nearly a fortnight. Have I been missed off, or have they not gone out yet? Thanks. -
Anyone else fired up their Lancer’s yet? (Gears 5 for those who don’t get it)

Awesome picture, love it! -
Also, don’t bother with the Assassins creed movie, god it’s awful! Just like most other film adaptations of games. Has there ever been a good film based on a game? Only one that I can think is half decent is the Resident evil series.
