Now those are proper cars @phil_sutters I love the Blowers. Nearest I will ever get is the 1/12 Airfix version I made. Hoping for a Bugatti 35 in the same scale for my birthday.
Tell me about it! If it's that loud how the heck can you hear whats going on around you.
I pick the youngest up from school it's a fair old walk and we have a bit of us time. But the amount of people that cut me up or cut the corner of a junction causing me to throw the anchors out is unbelievable. Even when it's my right of way these muppets just aim at you and don't lift off. Sam commented to his mother earlier that they were out to get us today.
Again! He really isn't a nice person and I wonder how long before RB see him as a liability. But you could say the same for alot of the RB hierarchy and certain drivers.
I didn't ask tbh. I just listened to what was being said about the details and sound chip.
I'm trying to get planning permission for a sound fitted 93 as a friend gave my youngest and I a footplate/cab ride.
Our Romanian rescue, a carpathian sheep dog, also eats the cats food so the bowls end up in the bath where she can't reach.
Marble the cat eats the dogs biscuits.
Thanks @Moley48. Your top pic looks like it was taken down by the turntable.
I do remember some joker making a large clockwork key that was placed in the filler cap of Bonnie Prince Charlie.
I remember Burton Agnes Hall doing Oxford shuttles must have been 86/87. I got to drive Iron Duke in August 87 before I started my apprenticeship. I still live within earshot.
It's a real shame 7808 hasn't returned to steam since the early 80's. It must be the only Manor to have spent that much time side lined. I remember it on the Vintage train, but must have been almost out of ticket when I did my volunteering stint from the early 80s to the early 90s and was only 11 when I started.
Funny you should say that. My day job is spent working on another Synchrotron and I can say that proper CAD design, be that 3D or 2D takes a lot of learning.
Danny Ric to be replaced by Liam Lawson after a suspected broken wrist. Piastri span on the banking and Danny Ric had nowhere to go and joined him in the barrier. The backlash on the steering wheel was pretty violent.
That's two 7808 in Didcot now. The Accurascale version has just arrived via Derails. I couldn't believe the size of the packaging and it becomes apparent when you open it. The box alone is enormous compared to other manufacturers. Plus a booklet on the Manor class that is very well done.
The model is absolutely stunning. Everything in the right place. The weight is unbelievable. I've only given it a quick run on the rolling road, but it's smooth. I will find a length of track to try it on tomorrow.
I've got the sound chip on order from Accurascale as well. The bar has well and truly be raised. Well done Accurascale. 👏
7808 due to arrive tomorrow, about a mile from the real thing.
I will have for fish out the rolling road as I haven't got a layout atm. But I'm in the process of partitioning the garage to build a layout that will hopefully feature an 81E inspired shed and Arley station.
I also succumbed to an Accurascale sound chip to go with it.
And looking more like Davros every time I see him!
He became a father again a while ago! I pity the mother, just hope for her sake a turkey baster was involved. 🤢
Like these perhaps?
