  9. Hi Mathew, Got it............I know Hough, just next to Shavington...........I do remember now you pointed it out.......we did occasionally spot from two over bridges in that area. There was a series of overbridges on the main WC main line......1.MuckyBridge, right by the cemetary,....2.Broad Street Bridge and 3.North Street Bridge, otherwise known as "The Eighteen Step Bridge". I spent a every waking hour at the Mucky Bridge. Thanks...Bob.
  10. I originate from Crewe, but left in the mid sixties.........in all my early spotting days here, mostly at the "Mucky Bridge" by the cemetary, I had never heard of Casey lane......where is it.?? Bob

    Did it work...???
  17. Nice pics again Jim..............areas that are so familiar to me....from when I was a kid spotting in the early sixties. We used to play footy on the Mornflake pitch while spotting at the same time.......then off up the steps in the middle of the bridge to pinch some shed plates from locos on the scrap line on Crewe South. Good memories. Bob.
  18. So not wired from a switch attached to the point motor then.....interesting. I'll give this some thought.......I'll need to brush up on the LED strips. Have a good weekend. Bob
  19. Hi Jim, What wiring up method have you used for the point indicator...? Bob
  20. The best way to deal with him in my opinion......is to totally ignore him, and anything he posts. When no one responds to him, he will then begin to get the message.
