  1. Yes, that's the one I'm hoping for. Already ordered the two Saltire versions, but would love one in the original Provincial livery. Pic show the first delivery of a 156 to Haymarket, in 1988 (forgive the dodgy scan and my lack of understanding how to take properly exposed photos in strong sunlight)
  2. Hi Dave, you need to update the pricing on your website too. Still shows £124.95 for the subsequent OO models.
  3. Great to see this at Warley today. Promtly paid my deposit for the 2 Saltaire variants.
  4. Got my Class 60 Drax today. One buffer is completely missing. How on earth does this get past quality control.
  5. I recently bought the set of 5 in Network Rail livery from FTG. Stunning models with great detail. The packaging itself is a work of art. An absolute steal at £105 for the 5.
  6. No wories, my post wasn't the best written, and I wasn't having a dig. I was buying the wagons regardless so whether I paid in May or now is irrelevant. If the lower price has helped attract others, then all to the good, as more customers will make this a bigger success and will lead to new models in the future (Like those 6 Class 320's in Strathclyde/Scotrail I need in OO Gauge that you need to release ) Anyway, I've shot myself in the foot. The reason for looking on the website today was I'm contemplating buying another tripple pack of Greenergy wagons having seen that rake at Long Marston the other week. And now you've put the price up :banghead:
  7. 107 444 in Strathclyde Orange with 116 396 in Trans Clyde Blue/grey. Ayr Townhead stabling point 06th April 85.
  8. What happened to the Early-Bird offer to tempt/reward investers? I splashed out a fair few hundred pounds for a rake of 21 wagons, paying for these before the early bird deadline of 30th June. The deadline was then extended to 31st July and further extended to 7th August. Looking at website just now, and the advertised prices are still showing the same as what they were when I ordered mine back in May. Appreciate with these ventures it's all about cashflow, but it seems that Revolutions cashflow has been boosted at my expense, as I could have hung on until now before placing my order. If there's a valid reason, then fair enough, but if it was just to scare punters into parting with their cash earlier than need be, then it has all the hallmarks of the DFS sale that "Must End Monday"
  9. Gwyneth Dunwoody was my local MP when I lived in Crewe and I had a few dealings with her, so to answer your question... No
  10. Have paid the deposits on the two invoices I've received to date, covering four of the locos I've ordered. Just awaiting an invoice for the last loco, the Caley Sleeper which I assume will follow at some point.
  11. A nice long rake of these in 1:1 scale rolled past my office the other day. Can't wait to recive the OO ones.
  12. Same here, and keeping fingers n toes crossed that the 320 EMU is made in OO. I need some in Scotrail, Strathclyde Orange and Strathclyde Ermine & Cream
  13. My Bachmann class 66 in Powerhaul livery arrived safely this week. Delighted with it and have now saved you in my favourite sellers list
  14. Thanks for your email earlier Dave. I've now pre-ordered the GBRf, so that's 4 for me. Will be 5 if the Caley sleeper livery is approved
  15. It's a respray that I picked up of eBay earlier this year.
  16. Just found this thread but had already signed up for 2 locos having seen a snippet in this months Hornby mag. Having read here that payment is by installment, I'm about to order a couple more as I had stopped at 2 given the thought of a large initial outlay (one of them sound fitted) Am I right in thinking that these aren't a one-off production run, but if they sell well, then a future release may come in a year or two with new liveries/numbers? I like that approach as it again allows the cost to be spread out. This seems a better approach than say Revolution/Rapido who are only going to produce a set amount to order and if you miss the boat, tough. I've got a deposit down on an obscene amount of the Revolution TEA wagons, ordering a rake of 21 up front. Far more than I need or want just now but in a few years time I don't want to be kicking myself that I only had the one livery and didn't get more at the time.
  17. Ordered both on 12 July and Sir Peter arrived last week with Harry coming on Wednesday. As others have said, a lot of money to outlay but I'd only regret it if I had let it pass by. My 720 Rainbow arrived last month having been ordered in March. A Freightliner Powerhaul #416 is currently en-route which should complete my collection. Then again, there is the Royal Scotsman ......
  18. I for one would buy the entire batch. Grew up in Ayr and they were the first trains I travelled on
