Well not really, I hated doing it. The issue being if you had 30 kits of a certain model on the shelves priced up at a £10.00 and then the Manufacturing company upped their prices for 20p then all the old stock would have to be repriced up. This was a regular thing. A right pain in the hole, Especially when you are in the shop yourself. Best thing is a cabinet with stuff on show and a price against the item itself, not easy with smaller items though.

Humbrol have a great range but some of the paint is like Toothpastle so I switch to revell now when I can.

I watched that too, Got Bored after about 5 mins watching numerous moving shots (some poor) of the APT on the move around one of the layouts.

I got my Deposit back on the D class so lucky there so. I've given up on mad rush of must have Pre ordering from the 'Shops' TBH. Seems to be lots of hassle...they mostly come out again at some stage... Ala APT E....

I feel your pain!! I'd love on too! I sold the 1st Version off when DJM announced his project but thankfully did not bite their either. I might hold off a wee bit and maybe just get enjoyment from lads video them running on their layouts on Utube.

Firmly stuck with the "trainset" mindset Well not even one is blessed with the spare room or 20x20 ft space with nothing in it. you probably find most layouts are trainset types. The homes I have been too mostly were TBH. 6x4 or 4x8 etc. As for a MN and one coach bombing around, With todays prices thats about what most families with kids would afford I'd say.

Yes that would be great to have that, The Front 'rear' lights coming all the time are a right bug bear. Are we to get new bogies also to retrofit to the original batch?
