  1. Bachmann USA and Bachmann Europe are very different things.
  2. Possible but I can't reproduce it at this end. Have you tried RMweb cookie and history clearouts*? * My version of 'have you tried turning it off and then on again?'.
  3. We have to think of the effect on pacemakers round here. No worse than thumbing through ye olde worlde Littlewoods catalogue as a pre-teen.
  4. You've let Schroedinger's cat out now!
  5. Look on the bright side. It'll stop Nobank Nigel travelling too far.
  6. This post was reported; I won't say what was said or by whom but I was disgusted by the homophobic and transphobic opinions. Some people need to accept we are living in different times than the 1970s. 🤬 If they object to such an opinion being held on here they don't have to visit the site; I'm surprised the person was to be found reading a lighthearted topic anyway.
  7. Never mind; you did it and made it back so you're better than most of us.
  8. They rank in the Goldilocks zone in the scale of Falling Out > Easy > Moderate > Tough > Immovable.
  9. I have now worked out that once you are firmly ensconced within, next to the comfy stove, and the door bolted to keep the riffraff out that one can hardly tell such is the fit so that miniguard can rest untroubled. He is, however, still trying to find how to light the stove. No wonder guards are normally modelled on the verandah as their accommodation is significantly inferior.
  10. Maybe about 1mm further compared to the Loriot, for example*. Of course they are removable/replaceable. * Just because it's on the desk. Tut tut, a nice framed door with internal bolt so you can keep some people out whilst enjoying the stove.
  11. Just to stir the pot up. We've seen vans with basic internal detail before including a stove and basic paint. So how much further has this actually gone? Another paint colour for the benches etc. and the conduits so it probably doesn't add an awful lot more to the cost but it's pushing what can be done; that's the Rapido way. You won't probably see some of this again either once on a layout. Whatever your view on all, that it's a remarkably good model.
  12. The product description you have posted is not that of the R7150 decoder.
  13. Make sure you haven't clicked on Expanded View whilst on the View New Content page.
  14. I chucked a bit in the hat a couple of weeks ago; it would nice if we could get Jim up to his target as he's doing his bit for charities for years. Even if it's just a fiver if you can spare it, it's a good cause.
  15. Just trying to manage hornet's nests rather than sorting out a huge one full of angry Vespidae.
  16. Or just the topic title - dependent on the individual settings Moxy has noted above.
  17. My understanding is that it will; as has the National Collection in Miniature brand and associated Rails products.
  18. It's an interesting and informative piece of work but there's been a couple of references to magnificent Victorian works - IIRC those were 'private' railways funded by share sale. It's not all black and white; we may have poor operators, services and control but at least it's a safer railway with better accessibility and facilities.

I've heard some excuses in my time but that's the best.
  20. I'm off this week, you can have a week off too. Everyone else, please return to the subject matter of the topic.
  21. Not really and that, to me, is an offence to me. Just because an Amazon seller has used a word that may be used by people who don't use an appropriate word to search for it doesn't mean you can use it here. Just call it a female to female adapter.
  22. I believe they will be landing up in the moors very soon. 35-259Z and 35-259ZSF will be the last to land, a short way behind.
