  3. Hunslet locomotive number 58 Finally has handrails and has been weathered. Whilst it is a little bit out of scale I am happy with the final product. Also. The ghostbusters!
  4. Finally picked up this brake van to go with the efe austerity. However it's a little light. I've had to add 3xtra weight to it. Also a mini dumper because why not !

  6. The phone/camera was not upside down, and its correct way up on the phone itself, also the device is a samsung , android system. the the photos have been taken at the same time as others, yet some decide to "flip" upside down

  9. So I've been busy at scunthorpe again. But we did attend the great electric train show. We have the real life cranford on a brake van tour, a view of the blast furnaces. The latest wagon I've purchased which exist at scunthorpe but have been modified. And an upside down P class.... ALSO. WHY THE HELL ARE SOME PHOTO ROTATING UPSIDE DOWN WHEN LOADED. AND I CANT FLIP THEM NO MATTER WHAT I DO
  10. We have operated our first night tour with 144017 yesterday at the Appleby Frodingham Railway Preservation Society. And it was a brilliant success. I'm sure midland and many others have had successes with the running of their pacers. I do hope this will bring the light a need and want for more models, now people are "Volunteering" to ride in them

  12. the layout has finally had its sign fitted in place , now i just need a miniature version for the layout itself ! in other news, an 04 has joined the steam and preseved era loco fleet. a Corus rail wagon and 2 other cargo wagons have joined the wagon fleet and this rather fetching morris million, now i just need to weather some things, again !

  16. Summer stop period begins. The steel wagons and scrap are moved out and spares, repairs and replacement item wagons move in. With the preserved narrow gauge steam locomotive getting in on the action.

  19. Both of my b2 pecketts seemed to have lost at least one if not more of the pickups. Contacting Hornby came to nothing. Has anyone been able to find a replacement pickup plate ? Thankyou
  20. Several of these wagons are still in use on scunthorpe steelworks in a different livery , would any variations be made. Or are these going to be the only ones?
