how long til you start collecting tiny photos for the gauges and trying to mke the curly phone wires (whistles innocently)
-

Any news on Old Cross Andy?
Seasons greetings.
Matt.
-
very nice indeed 'Chard
-
cheers, I have added a few more snaps, the ends look coarser if that is the best way to put it, but to my eyes look ok, I have yet to add the distinctive streaking on the bufferbeam cowl.
Also on my list of additions are lifeguards and the multiple working cables at each end when I find a good clear photo of what goes where.

very nice, although there will need to be a safety barrier behind the firedoor to stop people walking onto the tracks...
-
That is a brilliant piece of modelling, can't wait to see it finished.
-
fantastic... i'll be keeping n eye on your vac progress...
-
I like the underframe weathering...convincing because thats what the real one is like =)
-
nice. What did you use to colour the wheel rims on the 03?
-
It's looking very nice Andy, at this rate you will have used up your kit mountain by next christmas...
-
Nice work, I do like the solution high level have used for the fly cranks, the wobbly mainline split axle doesn't really convince me.
-
its nice to see an old favourite back pete... how long til you finally succumb to building it?
-
get well soon Andy, good luck with progress!
-
It's nice to see the return of a very interesting modelling project
-
Its looking very tidy, I still have that plan printed off for p4 project, thanks both of you for the inspiration
-
I await progress, it strikes me two or three of these would look good in a 70's loading dock...
-
I think you'll find binky was borrowed by mort, whilst death argued against the railway byelaws allowing him to carry out his duties...
-
hmm trip to london for a wander today...
...but a plan has been chosen, and a location chosen, the North Crofty Branch was a 47 chin line in the heart of tin mining cornwall. regretabley the mine closed in the 1920s i think, but I am sure in n alternative history clay or even ore could be produced still...even in the '70s

that looks good andy - what livery did they wear, bauxite or railfreight?
-
I can't wait to see progress...
-
having chatted to dagworth et al at cheltenham, it appears that elongating the central axle bearings will cure the Bachmann seesaw, the gears being coarse enough to mesh still.
-
It was good to see you Andy, I think your wallet come off best in the end...I regrettably aquired two blue diesel projects...(time for 31304 with its red ploughs methinks.... Glad to hear you had a good show, but how about losing the auto couplings
