  1. Depends whether it is in a straight glass or not!
  2. Maybe they need a Snob Screen so that those in First may be served their G&T away from those in Third?
  3. Where was this taken? Something tells me Charing Cross, but I am probably wrong.
  4. Must be time for another shout for the Lambton Tanks!
  5. Email came this morning, Oxford will now sell their Bargain Boxes overseas. I have been impressed with the contents others have received in the UK, so an order has gone in straight away. I probably have more Oxford Cars than I would ever need, but they are stunning little models.
  6. I think it is time for another shout for the Lambton Tanks! Just the thing for the NER Hoppers. Also a Q7 would be good or T3 for the NER crowd. Happy Friday!
  7. I got a response late last night, Nova Scotia time, so they will get to you. Those guys seem to burn the midnight oil on a regular basis.
  8. Yes, those songwriters did some great work for the LNER. Gershwin used to be good pals with Gresley and we won't mention Noel Coward!
  9. No problem, it catches me out as well as Accurascale do it as well. Hope to see you at the Windsor show next week.
  10. The price in your basket is $146 not GBP, so more than a couple of pints! But if you want a J27, being sent a Radial won't help.
  11. Has anybody used these? I was trying to attach them to Peco code 75 flat bottom as well as Legacy code 75 and had no success. My eyes are not what they were, but even with glasses the joiners and rail had no desire to go together.
  12. Has there been any news on this project?
  13. Most things are difficult until you try. But some things get easier with practice and some things require a friend. But first you have to try! Now to those Slater's hoppers I put in the attic in 1990!
  14. Use F29 to often and you will find it in the litter tray!
  15. I believe red was used in the North East Coalfield, in particular, Ashington, but at other pits in the North East.
  16. Good old Rumpole, an England that is no more, maybe it never was, but we thought it was.
  17. That was my thoughts, one pre-ordered from the nice people with Scouse accents. Good price as well.
  18. The early HAAs have tie bars across the top which make it difficult to produce a load that will just drop in. At least that was my take on comments made after release. This of course would not be a problem for later types. Perhaps some with the early types would be happy to remove the bars, as they wouldn't be seen when a load was carried.
  19. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cuz9UTOvEgU/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet Some pics of 1759 and 1752. One thing I noticed was the dome to the naked eye was the same colour, but the camera shows a slight variation. Anyway a beautiful model and I'm looking forward to getting power connected to the track.
