  2. Thats empties from Fowey heading towards Burngullow and the branch there , all end tippers the odd couple with hoods so would be 1974 when they started to be fitted , but the loco is showing reporting no for the Stoke . Clay hoods only worked on shipment traffic , some of the end tippers with roller bearings first two behind loco so fitted , worked mainlines but were sheeted , the hyfits on mainlines were also fitted with roller bearings

  8. No problem with shunt signals but there's no signal protecting connections 6 and 7 and no reference to any slotting or release on Church Road Junction signals , unless drivers were meant to stay back in tunnel until signal was pulled off !
  9. The signals controlling the exit from groups of sidings are logical its the one in the foreground which is after connections in the tunnel , i cant see any purpose it serves
  10. Looks like a thro goods at the front with a local tripper behind which will stop and follow after the front one clears the block . I reckon the trippers ending up at Longbridge with the cct's in the consist . This was a very busy line the same happened at Gloucester with trains doubled up too and from Over sidings
  11. If anyone asked can i put a signal in that location on my layout they would shot down in flames
  12. Looks like the new non standard box built at Over Junction when the new bridge over the Severn was constructed on a different alignment . Im sure i've read (the Over Jn box design ) was something to do with Gloucestershire county council and planning permission
