  7. Hi, I heard on the Bachmann announcement yesterday that they are planning to release more Class 24/0’s. I currently have older Bachmann models of D5061 and D5072, the newer models are of the both the D5000-5050 and D5051-5113 batches as I understand it and there are differences between the 2 types. Does that mean that the older models of D5061 and D5072 are in anyway incorrect specifically in terms of the items under the bodywork. Thanks Fred

  12. Hi, since Dapol is now making a model of 5322 but in WW1 condition, is there any reason I can not renumber their model of 5330 in BR Green with a late crest to 5322 to represent it the late 1950’s. Thanks Fred
  13. Hi, does anyone know of 61668 was in anyway different to 61665 or 61669 as I want to renumber one of the Hornby models of them to 61668 which was the last B17 in traffic when withdrawn in August 1960. Thanks Fred

  22. Hi, I have found a photo of D7647 on a freight service in 1968 and the boiler grill on the body side has been plated over. When the model is released will a plate be available to reflect this as it may have been carried from new. Thanks Fred
  23. Hi, were the 25/3’s built by Beyer Peacock (eg D7646) fitted with dual brakes when new or just Vacuum braked. I am pretty sure they didn’t have steam heat boilers but can someone just confirm. Thanks Fred
