  14. HMRC - VAT returns - What can you say? All sunbmissions done correctly weeks ago. Chasing gets answers like "maybe", "it should", "Yes, we know it's wrong but it should self correct", "Should sort itself out", "a glitch in the system", "We will do it urgently" still not done 4 weeks later.

      I had my wisdom teeth removed when I was 18, before impacting was going to become a problem. It was done with a two night hospital stay, in the days before all this austerity. Glad they were done though as it would have been bad news otherwise.
