Had to do something I was not looking forward to doing....taking my Dads layout down, it has taken me a week to remove all the boards and track, buildings and all the hard work that had been done on his layout, the layout had to go as my father is now in the advance stage of parkinsons and can no longer get in and use the layout any more. The thing is I am the only one who works at night and their is no one to cover me ,a few years ago I broke my collier bone in twice places, had to phone them every day to let them know how I was doing!.
In the end they pestered me so much ,that I was almost forced back to work only after a few weeks later.
Working in a bad boys boarding school is not the place to be with broken bones, all they are interested in is that you are here and doing your job!.
