  1. Great Clive, if you drop over to our stand on the Friday or the Saturday you can meet our designer who will be able to talk you through everything before he returns home on Saturday evening. Cheers! Fran
  2. Hi Clive, not 100% sure I’ll be there yet, but we are at Glasgow? I will say that the CAD used for the print has had corrections made to it (as that is its purpose of course) but I think the CAD overlay on the image above is pretty conclusive evidence that it is correct, is it not? It is certainly the CAD that is being used for tooling as it has been extensively bench pressed, but if I am there certainly drop by for a chat and look. Always good to put faces to names and have a natter! Cheers! Fran
  3. Hi Robin, They are currently en route through a couple of air freight flights and once the spot checks are completed the pre-order dispatch will begin next week! Cheers, Fran
  4. Very nice, you need some nice high quality rolling stock to go behind it now. I know a man....
  5. Hi Clive, We don't bite, honest! Attached is our cad overlaid onto a photo of the real thing to demonstrate that the cantrail is indeed correct. It can be difficult to decipher on white on white CAD renders when it comes to shape etc. We should have a blog detailing processes on developing it in the coming days actually. Cheers, Fran
  6. Hahaha some day! I should point out though that it is an Accurascale project, so British outline and in this case both are 4mm. All our IRM announcements are done at Irish shows. Cheers! Fran
  7. Sorry mate, but it isn’t a 37, that’s one thing I can confirm!
  8. Ah go ahead on then, it goes with the rolling stock we’re also announcing. That’s all we’re saying! Cheers! Fran
  9. Hi everyone, Our next UK show is of course the fabulous Model Rail Scotland, where we will have the last of our 4mm pre TOPS HUOs (if they last that long!) for sale, along with TOPS and NCB packs, as well as the brand new 7mm HUOs for sale on our stand across the weekend. We will also have decorated samples of our PCA and Cemflos and our Deltic print on show and accessory packs in both 4mm and 7mm and our Irish Tara Mines wagons on sale too. We will also be able to take pre-orders on cemflos, PCAs and Deltics should you wish to place them in person and we will be on hand to answer any queries and have a chat. What's more, we will be making TWO major announcements at the show on Friday at 11am. One is our next locomotive, and the second is some rolling stock. It will be our most ambitious plan yet, so make sure you drop by and see what it is. I promise I'll keep the speech really short this time! Cheers, Fran
  10. Hi Michael, It sure is, just is an earlier pattern to ours, hence straight strake in middle and different braking arrangement. Great pic! Cheers, Fran
  11. That has the distinct whiff of a wish list off it, John! haha Cheers, Fran
  12. Hi everyone, Just a quick note to say a sincere thank you to everyone who voted for us, our HUO and Tara Mines wagons. Third place for wagon of the year for a brand new company competing in a very busy market and selling direct to market is a great achievement in our eyes and we're delighted to see even the Irish stuff which is very niche compete well! Congratulations to all the winners, there really are some great models in there across the different scales which is the best news for the modeller. Cheers! Fran on behalf of the Accurascale / IRM team.
  13. Hi David, As there was already a model of this out in the wild it would be very hard to justify doing another sales wise. Sadly one offs such as DP2 dont have as much mileage as production locos, and when one model is out there, the market is pretty much satisfied from a sales POV! Cheers, Fran
  14. Hi Dogbox, There are some variations of Castle Cement, then a variation on STS with sulfacrete branding. We may do them in the future but it will be after this run sells out as it's a pretty big run! Cheers, Fran
  15. Hi Gilbert, No problem, STS grey was the earliest from 1982. Rugby was from about 85 and both lasted till the early 90s. Cheers, Fran
  16. As you can see, production is well under way! Delivery wont be long after Chinese New Year! Cheers, Fran
  17. Hi there, Yes we have, the thickness has been reduced to scale size. Cheers! Fran
  18. Hi Gilbert? In the Castle cement range or over the three liveries we are doing in this first run? Cheers, Fran
  19. Hi Rembrow, The ‘building a better environment’ logo would work best for you, appearing from around 2000 onwards. Cheers! Fran
  20. Hi there, Ours is going to be an accurate scale representation so if the Bachmann one is too long then ours will be too I’m afraid! Cheers! Fran
  21. Hi ScR, It may have ended up in your spam folder? We certainly wont be making you pay twice, don't worry! Can you email us with your order number to info@accurascale.co.uk and we will get it sorted for you? It really is much easier and quicker to get it sorted via email than on here as our accounts man can go to work for you and get it resolved in a timely fashion. Cheers! Fran
  22. Hi Philip. We send out a statement every so often so customers paying in instalments can see what the current balance is. We also sent out a notice today as some customers have yet to pay their deposit, or some notices have not come through with the correct information re order numbers or bank details. If anyone has received this, please email us at info@accurascale.co.uk so we can rectify that for you. We recommend customers do that if they are unsure of any email they receive from us as we can miss queries posted in forums and are only too happy to help with customer queries when emailed. Cheers! Fran
