  1. As you know we play our cards very close to our chests and I didnt utter a word about the 92, despite it being well under way by Warley. Only hint I gave was in the interview with @AY Mod where I said our next loco 'would raise a few eyebrows'. I'm obviously far too subtle when it comes to hints We now fully expect to see about 57 varieties of 92 and Railroad Deltic in the 2020 Hornby announcement Cheers! Fran
  2. Eh yeah, I’m just glad you didn’t come up to me on the Sunday morning.... hicc... :) Cheers! Fran
  3. I did do a bit with Simon, who I had never met before, about the Deltic, but there seemed to be a bit of a dog fight going on elsewhere that probably distracted him. All the signs were there anyway... At least the person who has to add the subtitles was spared having to decode my accent as that piece was cut out! Really well done documentary. It's interesting times in the hobby and in the industry at our end, and I think even more interesting things are to come. Cheers! Fran
  4. Well, your elected representatives in Parliment have no idea, so we stand little chance of knowing difficulties, if any, will be atm. However, there is no duty on Model trains, so at least we have that! And all preorders will be with customers by the end of next week, so we’ll be all good Cheers! Fran
  5. Hi everyone, They just took off on their long journey, if anyone wants to track it! https://www.flightradar24.com/CPA307/1fca6196 Cheers! Fran
  6. I err... no not going there, you guys are trying to get me into trouble! lol. Since it's now on the previous page, here is a link to the Deltic progress report and a look at the standards we will do all our locomotives to (including the 92!). With three locomotives in this stage of development (two Accurascale, one IRM) two more being worked on (as yet unannounced!) and other rolling stock items being tooled and manufactured across both brands (again, some announced, some unannounced!) it's an extremely busy and expensive time for us as a non-crowdfunding manufacturer. Luckily we're well funded, and if this tranche of models sell well then it means we have money to really ramp up and expand the range. Exciting times for us all ahead! https://accurascale.co.uk/blogs/news/deltic-progress-report Cheers! Fran
  7. Hi everyone, Here's a quick update and progress report on the Deltic. Hopefully it gives you an insight into how we intend to put our stamp on model locomotives and push them to a new level. This will also give an insight into how we approach all our future locomotives, including the 92, on sound, features, detail and functionality. https://accurascale.co.uk/blogs/news/deltic-progress-report Cheers, Fran
  8. Hi there, The STS grey wagons worked to Middlesbrough in the 80s. https://accurascale.co.uk/collections/pca-bulk-cement-wagon/products/pca-bulk-cement-sts-pack-a Cheers! Fran
  9. Sorry Paul, we're metric over here! In old money it's around 7ft! Cheers, Fran
  10. Hi Paul, Allowing for some slack in couplings, 18 of them is around 2133mm. HTH Fran
  11. Hi everyone, Part one of our cemflo shipment has left China and is on the way to us via airfreight. Since we are shipping pre TOPS and TOPS together, we are flying in enough stock to cover all our pre-orders and have a limited amount left to sell before the others arrive by sea in about 8 weeks time. We hope the airfreight lands in Dublin in time to be loaded on another truck to go to the Ally Pally show next week. St. Patrick's day is this weekend too, so you can only imagine the rest there! Pre-orders will begin arriving with you torwards the end of next week. Exciting times! Cheers, Fran

  13. Hi there, We might be. Is there much appetite for it? It would make a nice special edition perhaps. Cheers! Fran
  14. We will know for sure in a couple of weeks, and you will get a dispatch confirmation email with tracking, or we can just send them to your work address for you? Cheers! Fran
  15. Hi there, We agree and understand that, which is why we are doing most sets in 4 coach packs, or 6 in the case of the Aberdeen portion. Cheers, Fran
  16. Judging by the amount of bundle buyers so far more than we thought! There has been good uptake in the bundles so far. Cheers! Fran
  17. Hi everyone, if you want to model the train as it leaves Euston it’s best to go for the lowlander bundle, as that’s the 16 coach formation. We have modelled the Highlander in these packs to make the regional train modelable so there is better flexibility for everyone, but felt it best to offer a bundle for that too! Cheers, Fran
  18. Hi everyone, CAD for the 121s has popped up, delivery in the summer. Exciting times! https://irishrailwaymodeller.com/topic/5750-class-121/?do=findComment&comment=118653 No connection of course, but if it wasn’t for Paddy we wouldn’t have a business and lots of people ask us about the 121, so now they don’t have to! Cheers! Fran
  19. Hi everyone, They're only a couple of weeks away from delivery! We're quite excited as they have turned out very, very nicely.... We should have some for sale at Ally Pally and pre-orders will be with customers before that. Exciting times, especially with the PCAs not far behind! Cheers, Fran
  20. We're aiming for the lot to be here by end of Q1 2020! Cheers! Fran
  21. That's so cryptic it's even got me trying to guess...
  22. That's okay Marcus, we are very patient and we do offer our deposit scheme to make it even easier Cheers! Fran
  23. Long! Each coach is around 291.33mm with corridor connections, so multiply it from there... Cheers! Fran
