  1. Is it 0 Gauge or O Gauge?

Clearly (:wink_mini:) it's O gauge, pronounced "Oh gauge", not "Zero gauge" or "nought gauge" and OO is two O characters pronounced "Double Oh".

The Gauge O guild spell their name with an "Oh" and Peco sell "O gauge" with an "Oh" products...

      P.S. Rudd have yellow eyes...

      (Takes cover.)

Yes, but the pronunciation of 0 in a phone number is usually given phonetically as as 'Oh' hence verbally the gauge being referred to in the same way as if it were O Gauge.  However, I believe the correct (or at least original) written form is numeric.  However, I realise that along the way, both seem to be used interchangeably with O becoming more popular in the same way as language evolves over time.  I think that is because the more recent gauges have used alphabetic characters (T, Z, N, S etc).  Interestingly, I've noticed that the Americans tend to refer to their most popular scale as HO, while the Europeans tend to refer to their most popular scale as H0.  I'm European.

Did you mean 'Acho (Ash-O)' for H0? If yes, that's the way the club members pronounce here in the deepest, darkest corner of eastern France. This should have been started as a topic - have a feeling it would have developed a nice head of froth!

What with ‘round of applause’ and interesting/thought-provoking’ it’s all getting a bit silly. Especially on a small screen.

A “Shite” button would be thought provoking? Bit too far though.

It could be based on the poop emoji.

The lady working at the amusement arcade where we saw poop emoji key rings thought it was meant to be chocolate ice cream. Lovely lady, but not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

  3. The verses have a unique, jazz-influenced chord progression:
    Dsus2, D6add9 (or Esus2/D), D minor major 7, and G/D. The tonic of D,
alternating with the dominant, A, is sustained on bass guitar as a pedal point throughout the verses.
The D6 with an added 9th is not unlike an Esus2 with a D in the bass, but because the bass line also provides the
fifth, it is more accurately described as a kind of D chord. The D minor chord with a major seventh is a rarity in
1970s rock music. There is also a secondary sequence, louder, with thick vocal harmonies, with a progression
of B minor, A major, G major seventh suspended second, commonly written as "Gmaj7sus2" (enharmonic to the slash chord D/G),
and C major. This progression is played twice between each verse, and is not unlike a chorus, except that
the lyrics are different with each repeat.
