  1. Brilliant as always! Just an observation but the trunks of the conifers(??) look a bit stark do you think?
  2. Anyone know when 73051 was re-painted in green? Roger
  3. Spectacular! No doubt the neighbours are wondering what your new window decoration is.

Love that aerial shot with the train disappearing in the trees . We often try to have the trains in view all the time but it looks so much better when they disappear and reappear as in real life. Following your recommendation I have just got a trial of Affinity to see how it goes.

Now, now I used to work for Sir Tom back in the '70s. He took us all to Farnborough Air Show and lunch in the Hawker Siddeley marque when the Jump Jets were new. Four of them lined up in front and did a bow.......made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. Whatever happened to our aircraft industry?
  6. Good luck cutting that lot out! Knowing your ability though it will look excellent.
  7. The same.....just uses heat from the high compression ratio to ignite the fuel. T.O.P Mechanic

I hadn't noticed the broken gutter in that last picture before and the damp on the wall below it....brilliant!
  9. Judging by the tail lamp on the carriage I would suggest it was on pilot duties?

It is hard to believe that the brickwork on the store is printed! It really is very good, who makes it please? Your modelling is just superb!
  12. I shall resist saying "oh no not another Fordson in the wrong colour" but the rest looks splendid. N.I.T.Picker

That really is the dogs wotsits!
  14. Errrrr think you mean flock. Herd of cattle, flock of sheep
  15. Stocking rate should be around 1 cow or 2 sheep to the acre depending of course on quality of grass etc. This allows for grazing, hay/silage for winter feed and also grazing for young stock not yet in the milking herd. Obviously there will be more cows grazing in a field than I have quoted above but that gives an indication of the size of farm required for a given herd. Things are looking good Andy, just wish I was progressing at the same rate as you!
  16. One of my favourite layouts. Nice to see it again.
