    MiB models from Porthcawl have moved to larger premises in Bridgend the new address is Unit 2 The Highwayman Business Park ,Castle View Bridgend CF31 1Nj , Tel No 01656 665511 (down the side of ATS off the main road) all major makes stocked as well as White Dwarf wargaming stuff within walking distance of Bridgend station. nice to see a model shop expanding instead of closing !

    Have exactly the same problem as you .Sent one set of points back to Peco got another set to try exactly the same derailing with my Dapol Pannier so have sent it to DCC Supplies to have look at hopefully they can sort it !

    A friend was driving from S Wales to Salisbury a while ago and it came up in conversation that he saw a Railway water tank off to the side of the road some on the road to Tidworth ? he thinks, does anyone know of any such railway remains , just to let him know he wasn't imagining it !.

    Good morning Neverwood can I ask how you got over the problem of insulating your points as i see that Peco dont do isolating fish-plates for their SM32 Track I was going to pursue the SM32 route for my coarse scale stock but as the points are electrofrog couldn't find a way of insulating the frog !

    I have come to the decision to write my monies paid off, but let's realise that behind this is a person who is seriously ill through no fault of his own he has done and is doing his utmost to save the company and all credit to him for that ! hopefully there will be a good outcome for Steve ,and in the end it is just model railways ,as my mam used to say if you haven't got your health you haven't got anything ! best wishes on your recovery Steve !.......

    Is there a "I bow to your superior knowledge button"...must admit to being a Philistine when it comes to wagons ,but it was great reading about different builds !! will still be buying a Minerva wagon or two tho !

    I want to fit sound to my Heljan class 25 anyone have a recommendation for a decoder and sound file, would be nice to have some braking via the controller the same as my SLW 24,and where to buy from? Ta mervyn....

    I have had contact with Steve when my class 15 imploded so I don,t think that this a "scam" he must be in pretty dire straits to have to contemplate selling the company which he founded and has put so much effort into. We will just have to wait and see what develops. I to cant stand to lose this amount of money either, and its disappointing as well for the class 22 society, who were going to benefit from the model, so hopefully there will be news either way soon.
