    How far is it from the baseboard edge to the loco at the buffers as it looks to be about 2 and a HALF FEET, I know the goods yard is next to the operating well so that's fairly easy, (did you hear that Jeff, FAIRLY EASY). Andy

    I could combine both and build a second SHED, or evict Dee into the Shed (along with some spiders) and I'll use the Lounge. haha Andy. BTW, YOU TWO GUYS just go on and enjoy yourselves and play trains, I'm off to the Greyhound Kennels now and the its just back to looking at pictures again (NO NOT THAT SORT) and planning my NEXT SMALL PROJECT.     Hi Mike, as long as your happy we are too, its like waiting for a bus, in a min we will have not one but TWO pictures coming along. I have been told, threatened, persuaded to do something for our Clubs open weekend at Easter so I have about 4 weeks to build a small layout. No it will definitely be a work in progress.     Hi Ray, as much as I like boats like that I would like to see a long shot, I don't know if its the primer paint but it seems to be taking up all the Quay. I often think a collection of small fishing / pleasure boats will give the feel but without blocking out the Quay. I may be totally wrong so as I say a distant overall shot will show it off better, or maybe once the boat is painted it will shrink it to the eye. Andy

    Al has it right, I was going to suggest looking at Jeff's KL track plan or Al's Bakewell, you then shrink them and bend them to fit your space. Good luck and Enjoy. Andy

    Nice pics Cav, the house would be a build and a half in OO but in N, wow, that will be a challenge. If the row of cottages are also on the layouts how far forward of the Viaduct pillars will they be? Looking forward to seeing trying to see if I bring my magnifying glass the 37 at Mansfield. Andy
