  1. Looking Good Ray, nice walling and Buffer Stops. All the Best, Andy
  2. Had a nice Morning at the Mansfield Show today and a chat with Cav, he was weathering some N Gauge, coaches and had a nice display of his weathered Diesel power ready for MD. He also had on display examples of his new Couplings and they look very robust but more prototypical than the standard offerings from any Manufacturer. Unfortunately I'm not the best at photography but the quality of workmanship in such a small scale is astounding, here are a few of his 2mm Fine Scale Fleet, all suitably weathered and ready for action. And the man himself in action delicately doing a Mk1 coach, he is picking out EACH HINGE and DOOR HANDEL with a little rust and then wiping it off again, but believe me it does show and looks much better for it. EDIT = Hes NOT ASLEEP, honest, hahha Thanks for the help and advice Cav. :locomotive: Andy
  3. Good luck at the Show Ben, I hope it all goes well. Andy
  4. Shaun, that is really really nice mate, I like the green windows, wheather its right or wrong, I think they LOOK RIGHT, More pics soon I hope. Andy
  5. Can someone rip me to bit's please, it seems it'll be the only way to lose some weight, hahha Andy, (the NOT THAT FAT controller)
  6. Have you decided on what type of Goods Shed you will have on KL2 yet? I.E. will it be a copy of KS or will it be something a bit different? I like the one on Mr Kirtleys Layout and that would be a nice size to model, I want one with big end and side doors so that you can see the detail inside. Andy
  7. Yes Jeff, re read post 489, hahhaha OCH, THAT HURT WHEN I LAUGHED, haha And
  8. Hi Ian I too like the Tidworth story, all very feasible and loads and loads and loads of great operation, I trying to find a reason to buy a Pollybulk or Traffic Services for Kingsley. I used to Ride at Tidworth in my Moto Cross days, nice countryside to model on the back scene. All the best, Andy
  9. I wish I could pop over and see CQ in the flesh and catch up with you guys again. Have a good weekend and please send lots of pics and VIDEOS. Andy
  10. Hi Shaun, great shots inside the cabin mate, I was considering doing an interior on Kingsley Box, OR I MAY JUST BOARD IT UP, its easier that way, haha Lovely details mate, Well done. And
  11. Nice pics again Jason, and YES it rally ought to be in at least ONE of the MAGS soon, you never know, now that Ben is in charge you may get it in sooner than you think. Andy
  12. Lights look good David, who's are they, and are they fed from the DCC / Track? Andy
  13. Nice Video Al, that is a really good idea as its easy to follow. Cheers, Andy P.S. are you going to Mansfield tomorrow?
  14. No Garrett for me either I'm afraid, even though they would run through Wye Dale I just cant see it getting around the curves I may end up with, and then there will only be room for about 10 or so wagons behind it so a bit ridiculous me thinks. But there again I suppose I could NO NO NO :nono: :nono: BEHAVE Andy
  15. Nice Ray, love the Laundrette, and Signal. HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND Andy
  16. The Leader is back from Club, Next Tuesday is the AGM and I will probably be re elected onto the Committee but I'm standing down as Editor of the Newsletter. I don't want to be the Leader. And
  17. Hi Ian, Good to see you starting again and with the same / similar plan as before, as for time wise, I'm getting slower in my OLD AGE, hhahahaaa Good luck and enjoy the build. Hey just a thought, we could have a TOTALLY NSE SHOW   , haha Andy

  20. Its official, Rob's lost the plot, first he's telling me tales of some Crank he knows from down under in BAT country, and now he thinks Jeff can do baseboards from JUST ONE FOREST, come on Rob, he used the National Forest (BTW that's where I live) on KL1 and then took that lot to the tip without replanting it. :nono: :nono: And
  21. Have a good show Guys, is that Rainhill as in Essex? All the best, Andy
  22. 4 X 4 are you getting soft in your OLD AGE hahaha Bodger the Great
  23. Lovely pics of Dover David, I only stayed there once on my way to Belgium for a Moto Cross GP, on the Herald of Free Enterprise (yes the one that sank) way back in 1970 ish. Horrible crossing, lorries with engines running and fumes coming up into the rooms. :nono: :nono: Not good. Andy
  24. Sounds like a plan Mike , can I have a cake? Hungry of Swad
