Another selection of the 70s/80s

Caught these while awaiting the Deltic special and Tornado but getting dark for my camera missed the steamer as it was running about 1 1/4 hrs late, due to water stop I believe. First time see the 68 class. Hope of interest.

Cuaght this special last night heading to Grantham, passing Tallington Crossing Lincs.

Selection for Britannia. include the Demo aircraft Delta Boeing.

Seeing these I have many from my days working at London Luton Airport from the 70s on, if interested I will add ? Few examples attached. Gordon W.

Had the Hunter GLS, Really nice motor..Twin Choke Webber Carb......GLS = (Goes Like Stink ) and it did.

If these had been weathered, would have looked quite real!! only kidding.

Had one from a few months old Ex Demo Vehicle, very practical 5 gears not to bad economy for the time. But awful gear box very sloppy. wife hated it. The suspension collapsed and it was a night mare to get home, fortunately not very far but enough. Thought the wedge Princess with tail gate would be ideal! Hope of interest..

Just out of interest, Dose any one have a Vauxhall Insignia with the informant system? I ask because I have and find it very disappointing. Unless I am not setting it right, the phone is very unclear, can not get pictures/video viewed on it.( Hand brake applied) Had a Ford system and the phone was as clear as home line. Reluctant to go back to dealer as not sure if they have answer either, from conversations with others, and do not fancy waiting around at the garage. Its due first service in few months so may let them look then. Be interested in your views please. Gordon.

Hi I have Window 8.1 and reading my info on the upgrade which is displayed when looking at the down load, says can try it for a month if you wish to switch back that is fine but only have 12 months to have Windows10 totally free upgrade. No other cost was mentioned even after the year if use the 10 system.. Hope this helps?

She had them from her father and just clearing, so I said I would try and get a better deal for her. Rather than let them go for that money.
