  1. No not normally, the closest would have been 47406 Rail Riders an intercity livery locomotive, and then 47475 in Provincial trans pennine livery
  2. I have just done a bit of Kit Bashing, the long brick building is several Knightwing engine sheds chopped in half and re assembled in a line, there is still more work to do on the structure.
  3. 47474 on a Bradford bound service with a GUV and BG`s
  4. 47301 on the scrap metal train and 47436 on the vacuum braked wagons this afternoon
  5. Night time on Carr Crofts layout with a 108 DMU, just finished wiring the lights up
  6. BR Class 47 47474 Sir Rowland Hill, my newest loco bought second hand from Frizinghall models and Railways new shop in Baildon today
  7. I am looking forward to the exhibition, It was great last year Benjamin ( my younger son ) had a play with one of the layouts upstairs and he had a fantastic day as did myself
  8. It sounds like the model could be faulty, ask your friend what number he uses it could be 4164 or 64 or 4064 even 164 if its the blue one, if green 232, 0232, 32 ( its just the numbers I might use ). regards Simon
  9. I didn't mean factory reset to 3, I meant just wright on a program track 3 for the loco number which you can do with prodigy / prodigy express ( not using any CV`s ) just a direct wright
  10. I would try put it on a program track and just try to wright 3 rather than try read the decoder or reset to default. if it then works its fine then reset to factory default, and if it doesn`t it could be more than likely faulty. Simon
  11. I am trying scouring pads with diluted PVA and Javis course grass, I will add another layer of PVA, Grass, and some small rocks and bushes to represent the rough ground behind Thornton grove.
  12. Maybe on the layout Ian, I have to finish painting the brick work on the platforms, and I have a lot to do to get the coal yard and builders merchants done ( there wasn`t a real builders yard though ), and there is still the bridges and road surfaces to do, lots really to keep me going, so Weathering could be incorporated as I am going along Eventually the stock will be done but I am in no rush just yet unless I get an exhibition invite.
  13. Deltic departure 55007 with two new mk1s in the rake (RU Buffet restaurant car E1974 and BCK brake composite corridor E21222 )
  14. Congratulations on the forthcoming marriage, I just wish my Mrs would marry me ( 25 years + 4 kids later), looking forward to some updates on the thread - no rush though Simon
