cromptonnut
I'd love a Dace ballast wagon converted from Shocvan B. Used in long rakes (so multiple sale opportunity) in the Southern region extensively in the 1980s. I asked on a thread 2 years ago and I'm still waiting
The Black Hat
Well one things for sure... It ain't going to be North Eastern... (To be fair why should it. Kernow are Western and have a great reputation for new releases, including tapping into the Southern region market. Could be modern but who knows...) RMweb Gold adb968008 Posted July 19, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 19, 2018 (edited) I’ve done extensive research and conclude, they are doing a class 25... They are the only one who isn’t, so it must be. Edited July 19, 2018 by adb968008
Steamport Southport
Bachmann Clay Hoods set and a Ltd Edition Heljan Class 25 in BR Blue. Just a guess based on the book and the fact that Heljan often release exclusives when announcing a model. Jason
woodenhead
Just to toss in a serious one at the very end - a 94xx - seeing as Bachmann has removed it's estimated delivery date off the website.

Heritage Tim
*Insert Detective Mode* If the book is potentially modern traction (BR Blue/later) would likely be at least one model in that livery. Last year, Kernow and Bachmann produced 47306 'The Sapper' which is preserved at the nearby Bodmin and Wenford Railway. Given that one seems to be Bachmann, could there be another modern image diesel produced which is preserved at the Bodmin and Wenford Railway? The one that would jump out would be 37142 as it's preserved operational in BR Blue fitting the book, plus Bachmann have a run of 37s coming out in the not too distant future and they tend to do classes in multiple liveries per batch. A long shot, but possible.

RMweb Premium HillsideDepot Posted July 20, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted July 20, 2018 For all the froth and excitement, am I the only one planning to catch 1C04 and actually go and see? (OK, I have a Freedom of the South West Rover and am building it in to my "Penzance day" not going specially). I'm hoping that the announcement will be class 116 and/or 118 variants of the Bachmann 117 DMU.

woodenhead
Hornby 56 in DCR livery apparently Yep, on Facebook. So if the other is Bachmann it will be another new livery model not a new new model.
