Are they 'Rare'??

Starting bid was £99, so yes - a bit of pushing it with the start price, but if others wish to bid up - so be it. It's worth whatever someone will pay for it. 1
MrWolf
Some people clearly have far too much disposable income! I have to laugh at people who moan about how skint they are, then boast what they spent on a shirt. I recently had someone tell me that I must be loaded because I bought another motorbike restoration project, until I told him it cost less than half what he claimed to have "blown through" whilst on holiday for two weeks last year. I wouldn't do it, but if someone wants to splurge £200 on a model railway coach that may or may not be only valued at £40, then it's their choice.
Paul H Vigor
Just think how much model railway equipment is tied up by dealers and traded back and forth by dealers and wannabe dealers? It almost feels like a little victory to break the chain and 'rescue' something, to bring it back into the model-making light!? There are Ebay dealers who would outbid Picasso for a bit of blank canvas!

Ah, you know them then? The blokes who paid £150 for a shirt on Saturday afternoon, went clubbing in it Saturday night, got rat @rsed, threw up on it, got in a fight, got blood on it, then got it ripped and muddy being taken down by the police.... By Monday they were skint and bugging me for cigarettes. 2
